We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our Indian Cricket Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team’s operations, including travel, accommodation, and logistics.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. The role will require the candidate to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, and to be available for extended periods of time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the team’s schedule, including travel and accommodation arrangements
• Coordinate with team members, coaches, and support staff to ensure smooth operations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and morale
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including sponsors and media representatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cricket team management or related field
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
