The selection architecture for MPHC Assistant Grade 3 positions consists of multi-tiered assessments designed to test academic knowledge and technical typing proficiency:

1. Preliminary Online Examination (Screening Round): An objective computer-based test conducted for 100 marks to shortlist eligible candidates for the mains phase.
2. Mains Examination (Skill / Typing Test):
   • Hindi Typing Test (approx. 350 words in 10 minutes – 30 Marks).
   • English Typing / Dictation / Direct Speech to Text (wherever applicable).
   • General Computer Proficiency Practical Test (20 Marks).
3. Document Verification (DV): Verification of original educational mark sheets, CPCT scorecards, caste certificates, and MP domicile certificates.
4. Medical Fitness Examination: Final mandatory clearance before joining the allocated district courts.
